The End of the Line updated by simonpark81 The End of the Line updated by simonpark81
This is an update of one of my old pieces.
People have been suggesting perhaps i should add to my pencil drawings with digital.
while my internet was down i been working on a few pieces following this idea.
Drawn using biro and pencil crayons, edited on photoshop:)
So... do you fear death?
the master of all fears is indeed the only truth in reality.

Oh the question: Do you fear death? ~ "No, I am not afraid of dying, I am afraid I haven't been alive enough " quoting Mr. Nobody :)

i died at 17 and was brought back-
so the whole concept is a joke to me. i know that life is a kind of passtime that we (immortal souls) like to indulge in.
Ra, nebuchadnezzer, jesus, ghandi, mohammed (pbuh) and krishna were all trying to get the same message across.... people of earth need to wake up or they will suddenly realise they are spending their whole lives being bored and depressed instead of enjoying the world we have chosen to be on!
we have amazing power within us, if only we allow it to be.

innocence cant shrivel like plastic melting, its too much like hot iron-
once it is cooled it is tempered and cannot go back...

fantastic.
I would respond to this with...
"Are you here to take me right now? If not, what do you want? I have living to do!"

good response. no one has yet mentioned that if death turned up while they were watching tv they would have been miserable about how they spent their last moments... i would be gutted if he came through the wall and i was just sat watching tv. i would wanna be, like, in bed with family around, kinda vibe. no one seemed to notice the tv... but i guess to most people a tv is just part of the furniture now.

Oh I saw the TV, but since I don't watch TV, I figured that he would menace me while I was on the computer. lol.
and if he's here to take me away, then let's not linger over incidentals. Let's get this show on the road.
No point in lingering when there is nothing else I can do.

thats my point, everyone says they would be so scared by this situation... but to me its just one of those situations like hearing a family member is born; there are only two ways you can react really.
the sensible option is to never panic and always be objective...
but i guess there are only so many of us that get that.

Most people cling to the material because they have little to no faith in what lies beond their flesh.
I have no such fear.
I only fear pain.
Nope... Don't like.

well, they do say death is the ultimate truth..
so i guess if he came through the wall like this anyone would just be like "sure, ill come with you" because fear is only based in chemical reactions in our brains..@.@
XD
glad you like it:)

I've watched too many horror movies xD And even though they fuck with my sleeping I just don't learn from my mistakes...

what you need my friend is an instantaeneous injection of "who gives a crap?"
death is not the end, and even pain aint that bad, compared to some things that are possible.
horror movies put us in this constant flux state where our minds are ready to fight or fly away, and so we live our lives (especially for half a day or so after a really good horror film) jumping at shadows and thinking "what if...?" but these things are not possible, they are just a distraction from life. bottom line? if freddy kruger came through the tv set at you, there would always be something you could do in the spur of the moment because your not following a script like the movies. none of krugers victims ever grabbed the idiot's mangled arm and shoved those blades back in his face, did they? because they are trying to make YOU feel afraid! thats all horror is for.
sorry to break it to you like that but i was a huge stephen king fan myself until i realised he is just getting paid to upset and undermine people by making them scared shitless for no good reason.
